The Jezabels were presented with Mushroom Music sculptures yesterday in acknowledgement of the ongoing achievements surrounding their startling album Prisoner and its powerful predecessor Dark Storm, both of which hit Gold. We’re far from the only ones to recognize The Jezabels for their evocative and resonating epics – the band recently won Best Live Act at the FBi SMAC awards and Album of the Year at the Rolling Stone awards, while lead single Endless Summer came in at #9 in Triple J’s Hottest 100. We wish them the best for their impending 5 month international tour!
