Melbourne bands Taxiride and Bomba will perform at the free World AIDS Day Concert at Melbourne's Federation Square on November 27.
Special messages for the event have been recorded to be replayed on the day by Nelson Mandela, Elton John, Will Smith, Glenn Close and Kofi Annan.
Additional acts include Axle Whitehead Project, Spencer Day (USA), Shayna Steele (USA), Katie Jay (USA), Sally Dastey, Jimmy Little, Kutcha Edwards, Cousin Leonard and The Little Gods.
The event is being hosted by the Burnet Institute, one of the world's leading medical research facilities.
