CP Masters' parent company, CTM was founded in 2000 by Bob Hubar, Andr? de Raaff and Denis Wigman, as a new independent TV production company.

From 1978 to 1995, Bob Hubar was one of the most succesful entertainment lawyers in the Netherlands, representing many well known artists, TV and film actors and film directors. Superstars such as Candy Dulfer, Paul de Leeuw and Robert ten Brink are just a few to be named! While producing the blockbuster movie 'FILMPJE' with Paul de Leeuw, as well as the artistic highlight 'NAAR DE KLOTE!', Bob decided it was time for a change and focused his attention on the production of films. Since that decision, Bob was involved in the production of more than 6 international films.

During the past decades Andr? de Raaff has set up a number of successful music publishing companies, such as Courbeau Music Publishing BV and Strengholt Music Publishing BV and was the C.E.O. of the European no.1 independent record company of the nineties, ARCADE. From 2000 to 2004 he was chairman of the board at the Dutch multimedia entertainment company STRENGHOLT.

Denis Wigman, the C.F.O. of the company, has produced and/or co-produced over 50 (inter)national movies during the last 20 years, of wich 6 with the legendary director Peter Greenaway. Since the production of 'NAAR DE KLOTE!' Denis and Bob have been working together.

In the summer of 2004, Bob, Andr? and Denis decided to bring all their activities together under the umbrella of CTM and as managers/shareholders, they focus entirely on the activities and expansion of this company.
