2004
Pollination have two new artist signings, Narco (Fume) and Kiosk (Surface 2 Air) both from the UK, and both of whom will be releasing international recordings later on this year.
Pollination founder Rick Nowels who recently wrote and produced the world-wide hit for Santana and Michelle Branch, is currently writing and producing new albums for Dido, Britney Spears, Jewel and Shaznay from All Saints. This year Rick is looking to sign two young writers from the US whom he is working with. This will generate major copyrights for Pollination Music over the coming years.
Pollination will carry on building on the success of their signings from the last two years. Our current roster of writers are all co-writing and producing with a wide range of artists. We aim to build on the strong foundations we created for them in 2002-3 while also supporting them to develop their own projects such as Valgeir's forthcoming album on Howie B's label.
We also aim to sign a further four writer/producers from the UK in the coming eighteen months. With our affiliation to Stephen Budd Management, Europe's largest producer management company, we are in a position to source some of the best young creative talent in the industry and put the into writing and production situations with the cream of the worlds recording artists.
